About us

Fig & Fromage Charcuterie was born from a genuine love of food, people, and the magic that happens when the two come together. After years of experience creating and styling events, I wanted to build something that combined my passion for beautiful produce with the joy of bringing people together around a shared table. Every board, cup, and grazing table I create is made with the same care and intention I would bring to my own table because I believe the food at your event should be just as memorable as the occasion itself.

Based in Adelaide, we specialise in artisan grazing boards and charcuterie cups for events of all shapes and sizes, whether you're planning an intimate wedding, corporate event, engagement party, baby shower, hen's night, birthday celebration, product launch, or end of year function, we'll style something beautiful that suits your vision, your guests, and your space. No event is too small or too grand; every occasion deserves a board worth talking about.

Our grazing boards are the centrepiece of any occasion, abundantly styled and carefully arranged with a selection of premium cured meats, artisan cheeses, seasonal fruits, crackers, accompaniments, olives, nuts, and dried fruits. Available in a variety of sizes to suit your event and budget, and styled to impress from the moment they hit the table. Terms & Conditions

Booking & Service Agreement · Effective January 202601 — Bookings & ConfirmationA booking with Fig & Fromage Charcuterie ("we", "us", "our") is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from us via email. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, as availability is limited. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.By proceeding with a booking, you ("the client") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.02 — Payment & DepositThe following payment schedule applies to all bookings:- 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
- Remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date.
- Events booked within 14 days: Full payment (100%) is required upfront at the time of booking.
Payment may be made via bank transfer (EFT). Details will be provided on your invoice. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.Fig & Fromage Charcuterie reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking if payment is not received by the due date, and to retain any deposit already paid.03 — Cancellation Policy- Deposit: All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- Cancellation 14+ days before event: The remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation within 14 days of event: No refund will be issued for any payments made, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. The cancellation date is taken as the date we receive your written notice.In the unlikely event that Fig & Fromage Charcuterie must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and refund all payments received in full.Broken or Damaged Hire Equipment Replacement cost will be charged for all equipment, broken, damaged or stolen from the event. A deposit for equipment damage will be requested for functions requiring the hiring of equipment. ALL Grazing equipment must be clean upon pick up or deposit will be forfeited.04 — Changes to OrdersA minimum of 14 days' notice is required for any changes to your confirmed order, including guest numbers, menu selections, dietary requirements, event date, time, or venue.Changes requested within 14 days of your event cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated at our discretion, subject to ingredient availability and preparation timelines. Reductions in guest numbers within 14 days will not result in a reduction of the quoted price.05 — Allergens & Dietary RequirementsImportant: Our products are prepared in an environment that handles a wide range of allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, seafood, and sulphites. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.It is the client's responsibility to notify Fig & Fromage Charcuterie of all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before the event.We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requests but cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens.Fig & Fromage Charcuterie accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed dietary requirements or cross-contamination.06 — Food Safety & HandlingFig & Fromage Charcuterie operates in accordance with Australian food safety standards and South Australian regulations.- Grazing boards and displays are designed to be consumed within 2–4 hours of being set out, particularly in warm conditions.
- Once food has been delivered and/or set up, responsibility for correct handling and temperature control transfers to the client.
- Fig & Fromage Charcuterie accepts no responsibility for illness or spoilage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
For outdoor summer events, please advise us of venue conditions so we can recommend appropriate serving times and packaging solutions.07 — Travel & DeliveryDelivery and setup services are available within the Adelaide metropolitan area. Travel to regional areas may attract an additional travel fee, quoted and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.- The client is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable venue access for delivery and setup.
- Fig & Fromage Charcuterie will not be liable for delays caused by traffic or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Parking fees or tolls incurred during delivery may be charged to the client.
08 — GeneralPhotography: Fig & Fromage Charcuterie reserves the right to photograph finished boards and displays for promotional and social media use. If you prefer your event not to be featured, please advise us in writing before your event date.Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Fig & Fromage Charcuterie's liability is limited to the value of the services provided.Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.Contact: For any questions, please reach out at [email protected].
